2 Years, 3 Years & 4 Years / Pre-K		The After School Club Kindergarten-Eighth Grades

*Fees are due on Monday for the current week.

Accounts must be paid in full or have a credit balance by the end of the week. No account may carry a balance due.

Payment Procedures: Accounts are billed on Monday for the previous week based on time clock and attendance records. Payment is to be made in full by Friday of the following week. No account may carry a balance due. All accounts must be paid in full before report cards will be released.

Payments may be made in the payment boxes located inside The After School Club room or the Early Learning Center or with the ELC Director.

Enrollment Fee Enrollment or Re-Enrollment Fee $25.00		Registration Registration is FREE of charge
2 Year Olds - Not Potty Trained Fulltime Care $106.25 week Part-time (as available) $23.75 day		Delayed Pickup Rate (3:05-4:15 PM) Fee is $3.50 After 4:15 PM - After School Rate of $6.50 will apply.
Preschool 3 & 4 & 5 Year Old Fulltime Care $101.25 week Part-time (as available) $22.75 day		After School Rate (3:05-5:30 PM) Fee is $6.50 day
Child Care for Trinity Pre-K Enrollee 2008-09 school year Please see the director for package information that includes Pre-K tuition through Trinity Lutheran School and child-care services.		Early Dismiss Rate (11:00-5:30 PM) Fee is $18.50 day This service is for regular pre-announced dates that the school dismisses early. Lunch and afternoon snack will be provided. *Parents will be required to indicate in advance if this service is needed. Drop in service will not be provided!*
Activity Fees Age 2, 3, 4 & 5 year olds $5.00 per month		School Out Daily Rate Fee is $20.00 day This service will include lunch and afternoon snack for pre-announced school out dates. *Advance notice will be required. Snow days - service is open, but children must bring in lunch and snacks!*
Discounts Fulltime siblings 10% for oldest child		Summer Program Rates announced in the spring.
Late Pick-up Fees After 5:45 PM - $6.00 After 6:00 PM - Extra full day rate		Late Pick-up Fees Payment must be made immediately. *After 5:30 PM - Fee* is an additional $6.50 added to the regular rate. *After 5:45 PM - Fee* is an additional $20.00 added to the regular rate.
